Working Principle

Maize is the number one staple food in Ghana. It has a large maize planting size. With growing consumption of maize food, Ghana needs more and more maize mill plants to ensure plenty maize processing capacity. A maize mill plant is a complete set of equipments mainly used in maize milling. It consists of cleaning machines, maize milling machines, auxiliary machines and conveying machines.  It has different processing capacity from 20-100 T/day.

Product: grade corn flour,corn husks.
Yields: grade corn flour 75%-80%, husks 20-25%
Corn flour fineness: 40-200 mesh
Sand content: no more than 0.02%
Magnetic metal content: no more than 0.003/kg
Moisture content: 13.5-14.5%
Fat content: 0.5-1%
Appearance and taste: golden colour, fine flour, high quanlity, good taste. 

The processing capacity of this plant: 20t, 30t, 50t, 100t.  It has line structure and steel structure.
